First Gear | Strategic

Up front, it’s easy for me to see the strategic path we need to take. I’m quick to isolate the obstacles and start building steps to the best possible outcomes. Seeing the whole process in my head, I can visualize the parallel paths and disruptive leadership strategies needed to produce the quickest, most efficient wins. 

Second Gear | Responsibility

Regardless, I meet all my obligations, without excuse – absolutely, positively. I have a deep sense of dedication to what I say I’ll do and “own” my commitments.

Third Gear | Achiever

I love working hard, it feeds my need to accomplish my purpose and helps keep my goals current and practical. My “achiever” drives me into the “laboratory” where getting my “hands dirty” helps me understand how to do “it” better and often leads to more innovation.

Fourth Gear | Activator

I believe anything is possible. If you tell me, it can’t be done, I’ll still figure out a way. Usually, to accomplish the impossible, you have to break the rules (SOP) – I’m a disruptive activator, innovator and survivor; and people have said, “Wayne is disruptively unconventional.” 

Fifth Gear | Futurist

There isn’t a day that goes by where I’m not thinking about the possibility tomorrow holds. I’m constantly trying to figure out how to close the loop on what the future demands. While I’m anchored in what is, I’m captivated and driven by what can be – a visionary, who creates a detailed visualization of a better future and DESTINY - turning dreams into reality.
